Once an order has been placed, it is processed in one of our warehouses. Our warehouses are generally open from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. except holidays and national holidays. If the order is placed before 11:00, it will be processed and shipped on the same day, except in the case of shipping to Spanish islands or abroad, in which the cutoff time is 10:00. Cade clarifies that cut-off hours vary based on factors such as high demand or special dates. cut-off times are always displayed up to date in the last step of the purchase process. At the moment an order begins to be prepared, the charge for the order amount is charged to the customer's credit or debit card, from that moment the order cannot be canceled. In any case, if the order has not yet entered preparation, the customer can request its cancellation from 'My account> Orders', by mail to customers@mucases.com or by calling 910 602 185. You will receive a response to your request for cancellation within a maximum period of 5 hours. Any cancellation request that has been exposed in other ways will not be considered valid, unless it has finally been recognized by Mucases, sending proof of the cancellation to the client.

The customer has 14 days to request the return of their order:

  • In case of defective or wrong product, Mucases will send you a new product in perfect condition, and if it is not possible, an immediate refund will be made to the original means of payment.
  • In the event that the customer is not satisfied for any reason, he may return the order and the amount in Mucases credit will be refunded for use in the store.
  • No cash refunds are issued.
  • In no case will shipping costs be refunded.

In the case of covers or other personalized products, their return or exchange is not allowed, except for an error in the model or type of product (attributable to Mucases), or in case of a production defect. In the event that a product has defects or deficiencies in its quality, derived from the poor quality of the design file provided by the client, its return will not be accepted either. If the client considers that the defects in the printing of the design are not due to the poor quality of the design file provided by the client, he may request a review of the defects from Mucases.

For the purpose of returns, the new covers in the BumperPlus version are considered a personalized product, as they are exclusively produced each time a unit of said cover is ordered.

In all cases of return, the customer will pay the management costs stipulated by Mucases.
